Visually speaking, the Logitech C922X is perfect at this price range, competing directly with the Razer Kiyo Webcam. If you don’t want to rely on an extra microphone, the Logitech C920 Pro has two omnidirectional microphones built in. It picks up static far too often, which is why the bundle with a Blue Yeti microphone is so valuable.
The audio quality isn’t very good, unfortunately. That won’t take care of internal storage, however. For example, there isn’t an on-board button for zooming, but you can through Logitech webcam software, including background replacement.
To alter any of the Logitech C922X’s features, you’ll usually lean on software. With the clip-on, image stability is passable for the most part. You could flip the switch on a single lamp, and dark shadows still wouldn’t be a big issue. More importantly, light correction is superb across all resolutions, thanks to its low light correction. And since it records 30 frames per second, it’s nice and fluid too. While it isn’t 4K, like the Logitech Brio offers, 1080p is miles better than 720p that is offered by the Logitech HD Webcam C270. The best resolution to shoot for on YouTube is 1080p. Measuring 2.80 x 1.71 x 3.74 inches and weighing 5.75 oz, the Logitech C922X is quite small and portable. Used in its construction was a glass lens, which offers noticeably better picture quality than plastic lenses.
